This is probably one of the first questions that your TTK consultant will ask you when you arrive for your appointment, and that’s because we’re just so excited to help you find your perfect wedding gown! And — if your answer is YES — we want to help you be as prepared as possible. Before you arrive at our boutique, we want to make sure you are ready to have the experience of a lifetime while shopping for your wedding dress. Over the years, we have curated a list of advice for our brides to make this part of the wedding journey easy and enjoyable.

Tips for a Flawless Appointment

  • Appointments are REQUIRED. While we will always help a walk in bride when we have an opening, we cannot guarantee that we will have a room for you to try on in or a stylist to help you unless you call and make an appointment. We recommend giving us a call to book your spot.​​​​​​​​ Nights and weekends book fast – usually a month in advance for weekends and about a week in advance for night appointments at 5:30 p.m. Please give yourself time if you are wanting a specific day! ​​​​​​​​
  • Don’t shop until you’re ready to buy. Why? Because styles go discontinued or get purchased off the rack all the time. If you shop too early, you might fall in love with something that won’t be available if you wait a few months to buy after your appointment. ​​​​​​​​
  • Make sure your YES crew is with you! We know that the thought of “just looking” is appealing, but trust us – you will probably fall in love with something that you try on. The biggest bummer is when this happens and you don’t have the people that you NEED present to say yes. Instead of pre-shopping, just wait until you can get your group together. We promise it’ll be so much more special that way.​​​​​​​​ Pick your VIPs! Our store has limited space, so we really can’t accommodate large groups. Plus, lots of opinions can be overwhelming when you’re trying to find the perfect dress. We recommend picking your most important 3-5 people for your appointment. ​​​​​​​​
  • Bring inspiration photos and an open mind! It helps us to see what styles you like, plus we love helping your vision come to life. Remember that if this is your first time, you might end up loving something you never thought you would! Trust the process, and your stylist. <3
